1 申請退貨/退款

根據本「退款與退貨政策」之條款與條件構成「服務條款」之一部份，買家可在此服務條款中所載之「履約保證期間」到期前申請退還購買商品 (下稱「商品」) 及/或退款。

「履約保證」是BJ多肉植物所提供的一項服務，可應使用者要求協助其處理在交易過程中可能產生之衝突。在使用履約保證之前、期間或之後，使用者間均得私下溝通以解決歧見，或尋求當地相關主管機關的協助排解任何糾紛。

2 退款條件

買家茲同意只有在下列情況下才能依據「履約保證」或本退款與退貨政策申請退款：

· 買家未收到商品；

· 商品有瑕疵及/或在運送過程中受損；

· 賣家寄送未符合約定規格之商品 (如錯誤的尺寸、顏色等) 給買家；

· 買家收到的商品實質上與賣家所刊登的商品描述不符；

3 退貨條件

買家應確保退回給賣家的商品保持買家收貨時的狀態，包括但不限於商品本體、配件、贈品、發票、保證書、原廠包裝、附隨文件等，若逾越檢查之必要，或其他可歸責買家的原因致商品或包裝發生耗損，將影響買家退貨之權益。

6 商品退貨成本

除另有約定外，退貨的物流費用由賣家負擔。

7 退回商品之退款

買家必須等到BJ多肉植物確認已收到退回商品符合退貨條件後才能獲得退款。退款將於收到貨後7日內完成，如於7日後無收到退款，請來信通知。

8 買家與我們的溝通

BJ多肉植物鼓勵使用者在交易發生問題時互相溝通。您可以透過任何官網提供的聯絡方式聯絡賣家。

9 買家與賣家之間的爭議

如買家與賣家不能達成協議，買家及賣家得向正式的處理機關申請爭議之解決。

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
